With over 50 years of executive-level experience in the transportation and logistics industries, Mr. Boesch is an unparalleled subject matter expert on the intersection of logistics operations, commercial aviation, and United States Defense policy. He is one of the founders of Council for Logistics Research, Inc. and continues to lead as Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Boesch has served as a high-level executive at all levels of the logistics industry. His industry experience spans mergers and acquisitions, logistics management, supply chain logistics, airline management, and IT development and systems implementation. He also has extensive knowledge in government affairs, global trade alliances, and union negotiations.

Walt Schneider brings over 30 years of experience in military service, logistics, business development, and contracting to lead, facilitate and guide CLR's operations and ensure company goals are met. 

Walt is a skilled management professional adept at building business relationships, managing financial details, communicating with shareholders and determining what metrics to use to measure value and growth.  He is experienced in working closely with senior-level decision makers to identify and develop the strategy, vision, and transformation objectives in order to achieve aggressive business goals. 

Finance & Contracts Manager

Jon Idelson applies his expertise accumulated over 30 years in federal consulting business operations to run CLR’s finance and contract administration, adeptly satisfy client needs, and meet company goals. 

Jon is a skilled management professional effective at solidifying relationships with all CLR’s stakeholders and assessing the changing business environment to facilitate operations and foster CLR’s success.

Director, Growth and Strategy

Mo brings over 30 years of experience in Military service and Federal Law Enforcement as an operator, administrator, and manager.  He has led multi-functional groups of uniformed law enforcement and civilian personnel during his tenure as a Border Patrol Agent, while at the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Strategic Planning and Risk, and during his time at the Customs and Border Protection Office of Intelligence.  MO is a recognized problem solver and leading authority in planning at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.  He combines his knowledge and strategic-level understanding of organizational goals and objectives to optimize the use of technology, data, and analytics to help drive business growth and innovation.
